Kate was worked almost entirely on sheep early in her life and had amazing stock savvy. But Kate was not patient and worked close, often nudging ducks with her nose to hurry them up. She was terrific on hogs which was a brief ASCA class. Wonderful instinct to keep stock together, some eye, especially face to face with a sheep. Late in life she worked cattle and was a nice head/heeling dog. Not at all a watch dog, she had a unique independent personality. Kate was about 20”
